2019 M Macintosh A-Z 10p Circulated Coin
The Royal Mint has released 26 10p coin designs. Their theme is the A to Z of Britain and each coin combines a letter of the alphabet with an aspect of quintessential Britishness.
This is the first time the Royal Mint has produced a series of commemorative 10p coins.
This 10p features a Mackintosh alongside the letter ‘M’. The Mackintosh is a form of waterproof raincoat that was first sold in 1824. It was invented by Scotsman Charles Macintosh.
